The desk is usually rented at hourly or daily basis at a flexible seating arrangement.
I’m a postgraduate and busy with my assignments throughout the course. The hot desk of a co-working space gives me the quiet area to study at affordable fees.
I feel less distracted by other people’s conversations. I can focus more on my studies and get the assignments done efficiently.
I can access the space whenever I walk in. I can spend my whole day studying by simply purchasing a day pass. It fits my schedule well.
Dedicated desk

As a freelancer of different social media platforms, I purchase a dedicated desk package in the co-working space.
The monthly package usually includes the access to the shared amenities such as office supplies, wi-fi connections and video production equipment.
The fixed desk allows me staying focus on my tasks in a stable workspace. Meanwhile, I can still have the opportunities to network with others easily.
My fixed desk also comes with private storage facilities. It’s cost-effective to choose the dedicated desk without the need for long-term leases.
Private office

The company expands and purchases a private office package. It’s a fully-furnished workspace equipped with the necessary amenities.
With dedicated desks and meeting rooms, private office conveys a sense of professionalism for the company with enhanced privacy.
If the business of the company grows positively, it’s flexible to upgrade to a bigger space of the private office rather than relocation.
Virtual office
As a digital nomad, I do not maintain physical office space. I can use the authorised address provided by a virtual office to improve external perception.
Meeting room
The setting of meeting rooms of the co-working space is perfect for brainstorms, interviews and training.
Amenity
In addition to the common amenities such as printers and coffee machines, some coworking spaces offer dedicated storage lockers, meditation rooms and seating areas in the outdoor space.
Community
I met some new friends after joining several workshops. Through the interactions, I’m able to get the community feeling in the co-working space.
Collaboration
Co-working spaces can foster collaboration because like-minded people gather and share knowledge in community events and workshops.
Concierge
The concierge services offered by the co-working spaces are not limited to administrative and operational support. They can also cover customised solutions for information technology.
Workstation
The design of the adjustable desk incorporates the element of well-being. I can sit or stand at the workstation depending on my preference.
