Our standard check-out time is before 11am on the check-out date. To save your queuing time, you can also drop your key at the box located at the entrance of the lift.

After checking the availability of room, we can arrange based on your request.

May I confirm if the room is at a non-smoking floor?

Yes. You room booked is at the non-smoking floor. Please rest assured that you can also access our executive lounge which offers complimentary foods and drinks at the same floor.

How can I access your free wi-fi at the room?

You can simply visit our website. Please input your room number with the password stated here. You can then enjoy the high-speed wi-fi.

Regarding the daily breakfast buffet, may I know the venue?

You may visit our relaxing lounge which is located at 30/F of the hotel. Continental and Chinese breakfast buffet will be served starting at 7am till 10am daily.

What are the options of dinner at the hotel?

We provide you an exceptional dining experience with a variety of types of food. You can select from our elegant café, classic Chinese restaurant or fine-dining European bar.

Is in-room dining service available 24 hours a day?

Certainly. Our in-room menu covers a wide selection of set and a la carte dishes. You can dine in the comfort of your private space.

I’m interested in fitness class. Can I know the types of training programs at the fitness centre?

Definitely. We offer a wide range of group classes including yoga, pilates, cycling and kickboxing. Our certified coach can also personalize a training plan based on your goals.

Is your swimming pool open now?

Yes. Our outdoor infinity pool is located at the rooftop of the hotel. You can also take a relaxing dip at our indoor heated swimming pool set on 5/F floor. Their opening hours are 7am – 9pm daily.

If I would like to book a massage service, how should I make an appointment?

Our spa service is from head to toe covering massage and facial services. You may either contact our concierge or reserve at our website.

May I know the rate of laundry service? Is it based on the weight?

It’s charged per piece. If some of the clothes require special cleaning methods, please help to indicate it upfront.

Can you introduce some of the tourist attractions nearby?

As our hotel is at the centre of the city, it only takes you 20-minute walk to museums, shopping malls, historical architectures and ferry station.
