Definitely. I treasure the trips with my family in the summer. By exploring wonderful places, I can strengthen the bonds with laughter and unforgettable memories.

I prefer quick getaway during the long weekend. I can squeeze in more trips and explore new destinations with family and friends.
I can spend quality time in discovering new cuisines and landscapes with loved ones. It’s such a perfect way to create memories without the need of extensive planning.

Taking a summer vacation can help boosting my mental health, relieving my work stress and strengthening my relationship with loved ones.
What’s your preference of destination when planning summer travel?
I like outdoor activities. My preferences would be beaches and theme parks. They’re the ideal places for me to relax and enjoy nature.
What are your favourite activities during summer?
I like visiting major attractions and discovering the amazing spots in a city. I also join food tours to taste a variety of local cuisines.
Do you select a hotel or private rental accommodation during summer vacation?
It depends on the number of days of my vacation. For longer stays, I would go for more comfortable and private accommodation. Otherwise, hotel is definitely the best choice.
What are the other factors for choosing the private rental accommodation?
If I go with my close friends, I prefer privacy and personal space. I can make use of the well-equipped kitchen facilities and enjoy the preparation of meals with friends.
Have you ever considered staying at resort before?
Yes. If I’m married with kids, I’ll definitely choose resort for a family vacation. In addition to great amenities, I can also bring my kids to join fun activities such as treasure hunts and craft workshops.
What are the facilities that you’ll be most attracted by the resorts?
Playing water sports in the private beach is my dreamy escape. During summer travel, I particularly indulge in waterskiing, snorkeling and paddleboarding.
Do you prefer having a road trip, taking a cruise or travelling by plane?
Each of the option has its benefits and uniqueness. Most of the time, I travel by plane. For the coming summer, I plan to have one road trip with my best friend.
What are the factors that attract you to go for a road trip?
Road trip offers a different kind of adventure. Flexibility and freedom are the keys during driving because I’m the master of the journey.
I can control when and where to stop when exploring roadside attractions. I’ve no worries about the timetables of flight and bus tickets.
Are you concerned of the heatwave when taking summer trips?
Yes. The extreme hot summer may impact our health. Heatwave would affect my vacation plans because I do not want to wind up in the emergency room.
How do you spend your time if the weather is bad during holiday?
I always plan for a rainy day. I’ll check the indoor attractions nearby. I’ll also make the best use of the hotel’s amenities such as gym, cinema and indoor swimming pool.
