The selling price of the property is almost the same as compared with that of the valuation from the banks.

Around two weeks. The owner would like to complete the transaction within one month.

What’s the price of the flat sold recently?

The latest sold house prices were 15% less than that of this flat because those flats were located at the lower floors. They could not be compared direct.

Is the owner willing to lower the price a bit?

The owner holds several properties. If you’re interested to buy the house, I think he’s willing to trim price by 5%.

Can I ask for more price reduction such as 10%?
